India Grid investment manager board to mull nonconvertible debt issue

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 23 – India Grid Trust’s investment manager, Sterlite Investment Managers Ltd., informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Sterlite’s board of directors will meet on Tuesday to consider a proposal to raise funds.

The board will consider issuing listed nonconvertible debt securities on a private placement basis, according to the notice.

New Delhi-based India Grid Trust invests, designs, finances, constructs and maintains power transmission projects.
