Indiabulls Ventures board to meet Tuesday to consider raising funds

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 9 – Indiabulls Ventures Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday to consider raising funds by issuing bonds, debentures, equity shares or other eligible securities.

The securities would be issued on a private placement or public issue basis, according to the notice.

Delhi, India-based Indiabulls Ventures provides securities, commodities and currency broking services.
