Fitch affirms ABP

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed ABP Finance plc's senior secured notes at A-.

The outlook is stable.

ABP Finance is the financing vehicle of Associated British Ports.

“ABP has a strong and resilient business profile and creditor-protective structure, which is however weighed down by high leverage,” the agency said in a news release.

“ABP has a strong market position with respect to U.K. trade flows.”
