Williamson Magor board to mull up to Rs. 1 billion debentures

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 28 – India’s Williamson Magor & Co. Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will meet on Oct. 4 to consider offering up to Rs. 1 billion of secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The debentures would be issued on a private placement basis to IL&FS Financial Services Ltd., according to the notice.

Williamson Magor is a non-banking finance company in Kolkata.
