RBmedia to launch $365 million credit facilities on Wednesday

New York, July 31 – RBmedia is set to hold a bank meeting at 1 p.m. ET in New York on Wednesday to launch $365 million of credit facilities, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs Bank USA, KKR Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. are the leads on the deal.

The facilities consist of a $30 million revolver and a $335 million first-lien term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the buyout of the company by KKR from Shamrock Capital.

RBmedia is a Landover, Md.-based digital audiobook and related spoken-word content producer.
