New York, March 28 – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. priced $500 million of 3.95% senior global bonds due 2024, according to an announcement.
Citigroup and Credit Agricole CIB were lead managers and bookrunners of the Regulation S notes.
The state-owned regional lender is based in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
