Aziende gets holder OK to issue €50 million add-on to 1.984% notes

Chicago, Aug. 9 – Aziende Industriali Municipali Vicenza SpA said it secured the holder approval needed for a €50 million add-on issue under its €50 million 1.984% senior amortizing notes due Sept. 20, 2024.

At the meeting held Wednesday, there were holders representing €50 million of the notes and the proposal passed unanimously.

The total number of votes represented were 50,000 with each vote for €1,000 principal amount, according to a notice.

The notes have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin.

Aziende provides utility distribution services and is based in Vicenza, Italy.
