24-7 Intouch readies launch of new loan transaction for Aug. 7

New York, July 27 – 24-7 Intouch is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Aug. 7 to launch a new loan deal, according to a market source.
RBC Capital Markets and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are the joint bookrunners on the financing.
No additional details are available at this time, the source said.
24-7 Intouch is a provider of contact center and BPO solutions.
