Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 10 – Societe du Grand Paris priced €1.75 billion of 10-year 1.125% green bonds on Wednesday at 99.925 to yield 1.133%, according to a market source.
This was the issuer’s inaugural green bond.
BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB as global coordinators and Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Natixis and SG CIB as joint lead managers for the Regulation S deal.
BNP Paribas is the arranger of the green medium-term notes program, and Credit Agricole is the structuring adviser of the green bond framework.
As announced Sept. 17, the issuer arranged a series of fixed income investor meetings starting Sept. 24 for the inaugural green bond issue.
Societe du Grand Paris is a public establishment created by the state to build the new automatic metro system in greater Paris.
