Societe du Grand Paris plans roadshow for 10-year green bond issue

Chicago, Sept. 17 – Societe du Grand Paris (Aa2) has arranged a series of fixed income investor meetings starting Sept. 24 for an inaugural 10-year euro bearer green benchmark bond issue, according to a market source.

The notes will be issued under Regulation S off the newly established green EMTN program, subject to market conditions.

BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB are the global coordinators. Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Natixis and SG CIB are the joint lead managers.

The manufacturer target markets (MIFID II product governance) as assessed by the lead managers are eligible counterparties and professionals (all distribution channels), the source said.

Societe du Grand Paris is a public establishment created by the state to build the new automatic metro system in greater Paris.
