Fortress Credit BSL VI considers redemption of class B-2-R notes

By Taylor Fox

Chicago, July 28 – Fortress Credit BSL VI Ltd. is in discussion with holders of its class B-2-R subordinated notes (Cusip: 34955YAL3) to either partially redeem the notes by refinancing or direct a repricing, according to a company notice.

If they pursue a partial redemption by refinancing, the entire sub-class of class B-2-R notes will be redeemed from refinancing proceeds and partial redemption interest proceeds at the applicable redemption price on any business day after the non-call period by an issuance of replacement securities.

If they direct a repricing of the indenture, the interest rate will be reduced to a specified level on any business day after the non-call period.

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas is the trustee for the notes.

Fortress Credit Opportunities is a securities asset fund based in Las Vegas.
