Atlas Renewable obtains $152 million in long-term financing

Chicago, March 18 – Atlas Renewable Energy announced the completion of $152 million in long-term financing for three of its solar energy plants in Brazil, according to a company notice.

The financing was obtained through Banco do Nordeste, backed by an equivalent sum of commercial bank guarantees from BTG Pactual, Banco ABC Brasil and Banco Bradesco.

Atlas is a Miami-based company that develops and operates renewable energy projects with long-term energy contracts in Latin America.
