Armina seeks to amend £3.82 million class A, £350,000 class B bonds

Chicago, June 28 – Armina SA is soliciting consents to amend its £3,815,000 class A fixed-rate bonds due 2022 and £350,000 class B fixed-rate bonds due 2022 until July 13.

The company has scheduled a meeting for holders on July 19.

KBL European Private Bankers SA is the paying agent.
