Chicago, June 28 – Claranova priced €19.7 million of 6% notes due June 27, 2024, according to a company notice.
The notes were sold to European institutional investors.
Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition balance of the Adaware, SodaPDF and Upclick businesses.
Claranova is a Paris-based software company focused on digital printing, management of the Internet of Things and e-commerce.
