New York, April 3 – Alrosa Finance SA priced $500 million 4.65% five-year notes at par to yield mid-swaps plus 231.1 basis points, according to a syndicate source on Wednesday.
PJSC Alrosa is guarantor of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes, which were sold via joint bookrunners Gazprombank, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and VTB Capital.
Alrosa has also tendered for $400 million of its $894,384,000 of outstanding 7¾% notes due 2020 concurrently with the pricing of the new notes.
Alrosa Finance is a subsidiary of Mirny, Russia-based diamond mining company PJSC Alrosa.
