New York, May 25 – Hunt Oil Co. of Peru LLC priced $600 million of 6 3/8% 10-year notes (expected rating: //BBB) on Thursday at 99.235 to yield 6.6%, according to a market source.
Pricing was tight compared to initial talk for a high 6% yield.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Creditcorp Capital and JPMorgan were the bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing project finance debt.
San Isidro, Peru-based Hunt is an oil and gas company.
