Sound Point CLO X manager seeks discussions on possible refinancing

Minneapolis, May 15 – Sound Point CLO X Ltd./Sound Point CLO X Inc. said its collateral manager requested discussions related to a possible refinancing redemption of seven classes of notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The collateral manager invited all subordinated noteholders to identify themselves.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

New York City-based Sound Point Capital Management, LP is the collateral manager.
