Hong Kong’s AAC Technologies plans dollar-denominated new notes

Chicago, Nov. 14 – AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. announced that the company has proposed a new offering of dollar-denominated notes.

The Regulation S notes will be marketed via a series of roadshow presentations beginning Nov. 18.

Bookbuilding will be conducted by China International Capital Hong Kong Securities Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing and the development of the group’s business.

The company is a Hong Kong based supplier of products to leading mobile phone and consumer electronics makers.
