New York, Jan. 15 – Zhenro Properties Group Ltd. priced $200 million of 8.6% senior notes due 2020, according to a notice.
The Regulation S notes were expected to listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The company is a real estate developer and property manager based in Shanghai.
