Zhenro Properties will redeem $200 million perpetual capital securities

Concord, N.H., Jan. 4 – China’s Zhenro Properties Group Ltd. announced it will redeem the $200 million outstanding principal amount of its senior perpetual capital securities (ISIN: XS2013512608) at par plus accrued interest, according to a notice.

The notes will be repurchased on March 5, and they will be canceled.

Zhenro is a Shanghai-based real estate developer.
