Zhenro Properties buys $4.55 million more notes due 2022

Chicago, Nov. 12 – China’s Zhenro Properties Group Ltd., continuing its recent pattern of buybacks, has repurchased another $4.55 million of notes due 2022, according to an announcement.

The company bought $1 million of notes from the 8.7% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2050860308) and $3.55 million of notes from the 5.98% senior notes also due 2022 (ISIN: XS2329241447).

At this point, 3.33% of the original $300 million 8.7% notes have been repurchased and the company has bought $8.05 million of the $220 million 5.98% notes.

The notes may or may not be canceled.

The Shanghai-based real estate developer and property manager added that it may further repurchase its senior notes, depending on market conditions and its financial structure.
