By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, Oct. 27 – China’s Zhenro Properties Group Ltd. announced it repurchased an additional $4.5 million of its 5.95% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS2247557320).

Earlier this month the company bought back $3 million of the 5.95% notes due 2021.

The company has repurchased in total $7.5 million, or 3.75%, of the original $200 million of notes.

The purchased notes may or may not be cancelled, the company said.

The Shanghai-based real estate developer and property manager added that it may further repurchase its senior notes, depending on market conditions and its financial structure.
