Zhenro Properties buys back $2 million 10¼% perpetual notes

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 21 – China’s Zhenro Properties Group Ltd. has repurchased $2 million, or 1%, of its $200 million 10¼% senior perpetual capital securities (ISIN: XS2013512608), according to a notice.

The repurchased notes may or may not be canceled, the company said.

The company added that it may further repurchase its senior notes, depending on market conditions and its financial structure.

Zhenro is a Shanghai-based real estate developer.
