Zhenro Properties to redeem $310 million 9.15% notes due 2022

New York, Jan. 26 – China’s Zhenro Properties Group Ltd. plans to redeem its $310 million 9.15% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1960071303) on March 8, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed in full at 102.5 plus interest.

All redeemed notes will be canceled and the company will apply for withdrawal of the note listing.

The company is a real estate developer and property manager based in Shanghai.
