Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 9 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $4.06 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside with multiplier due Oct. 7, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus 150% of any index gain, subject to a maximum total gain of 17.8%.
If the index declines by up to 17.5%, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for every 1% decline beyond 17.5%.
