New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $2.61 million leveraged market-tied notes on EM fund

Olympia, Wash., March 5 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $2.61 million of 0% market linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed buffered downside due Sept. 7, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 27%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any beyond the buffer.
