New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $5.3 million leveraged market-linked notes on the Dow

Olympia, Wash., April 8 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $5.3 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due April 6, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 172% of any gain in the index.

If the index falls but not beyond 50%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index.
