Olympia, Wash., April 7 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $570,000 of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and 1-to-1 downside exposure due May 28, 2021 linked to an equally-weighted basket of financial sector stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.
The basket consists of the common stocks of Citigroup Inc., Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any basket gain, subject to a 40.41% maximum gain.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
