Fnac Darty extends revolving credit facility to March 2028

Chicago, March 20 – Fnac Darty exercised its final option of a one-year extension on its revolving credit facility, according to a press release.

The option was subscribed with 98.5% of the bank commitments.

The group has a €500 million revolving credit line until March 2027 and then a €492.5 million revolving credit line until March 2028.

Fnac Darty is an electronics retailer based in Ivry-sur-Seine, France.
