Fitch rates Pertamina notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned PT Pertamina (Persero)'s (BBB/stable) proposed unsecured notes that will be issued out of its $10 billion medium-term note program an expected rating of BBB.

The proposed dollar notes are rated at the same level as Pertamina's senior unsecured debt as they will constitute the direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of Pertamina, the agency said.
