Tupelo, Miss., April 19 – Cooperatieve Rabobank U.A., New York Branch (Aa3/A+) priced $1.75 billion of notes in two parts on Thursday, according to a market source.
The company sold $750 million of three-year floating-rate notes at Libor plus 43 basis points.
Cooperatieve Rabobank sold $1 billion of 3.125% notes due April 26, 2021 at a spread of Treasuries plus 65 bps.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC were the bookrunners.
The financing arm of Cooperatieve Rabobank U.A. is based in New York.
