Speedcast creditor Credit Agricole appeals financing order

Pittsburgh, June 4 – Speedcast International Ltd.’s debtor-in-possession financing order drew an appeal from creditor Credit Agricole CIB, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The DIP financing was approved in a May 20 order.

Speedcast is an Australia-based provider of remote communication and IT solutions. The company filed bankruptcy on April 23 under Chapter 11 case number 20-32243.
