CVC Cordatus Loan Fund VI may refinance all rated notes due 2028

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 24 – CVC Cordatus Loan Fund VI DAC said that some of its subordinated noteholders have advised the issuer of their intention to potentially redeem all classes of its rated notes due 2028.
The notes would be redeemed using refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.
The following classes are affected:
• €225.4 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes;
• €22.6 million of class B-1 senior secured floating-rate notes;
• €24 million of class B-2 senior secured fixed-rate notes;
• €24.9 million od class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;
• €18.6 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;
• €27.6 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;
• €12.9 million of class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and
• €44 million of subordinated notes.
