Chicago, Sept. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $330,000 of 0% notes due Aug. 31, 2026 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
