New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.19 million step-up autocalls on S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator

Chicago, Feb. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.19 million of 0% step-up autocallable notes due Feb. 9, 2024 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 5% if the index closes above its call value on any annual call date. The threshold will start at 100% of the initial value on the first review date and will step up by 90 basis points each subsequent year.

The payout at maturity will be par.
