JPMorgan plans seven-year leveraged notes tied to S&P Economic Cycle

Chicago, Nov. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% notes due Nov. 28, 2025 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 340% to 355% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 27.

The Cusip number is 48130UU29.
