Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.69 million of 0% notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
