Buffalo, N.Y., June 14 – Yango (Cayman) Investment Ltd. sold $90 million 4% bonds due June 10, 2024, according to a listing notice.
The joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are CMB International Capital Ltd., UBS AG Hong Kong Branch and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Yango (Cayman) Investment Ltd. is a subsidiary of Fujian Yango Group Co. Ltd., a real estate development business located in Fujian, China.
