New Issue: China’s Fujian Yango unit sells $175 million 12% three-year notes

Los Angeles, March 19 – Fujian Yango Group Co. Ltd. subsidiary Yango (Cayman) Investment Ltd. issued $175 million of 12% guaranteed senior notes due 2024 (B-) on Friday, according to a notice.
UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, AMC Wanhai Securities Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Yonxi Securities Ltd., CRIC Securities Co. Ltd. and Yango International Financial Holdings Ltd. are the bookrunners.
Fujian Yango is an investment company based in Fuzhou, China.
