New Issue: China’s Fujian Yango unit sells $50 million 11 7/8% two-year notes

Los Angeles, March 11 – Fujian Yango Group Co. Ltd. subsidiary Yango (Cayman) Investment Ltd. issued $50 million of 11 7/8% guaranteed senior notes due 2023 on Thursday, according to a notice.
UBS AG Hong Kong Branch and CRIC Securities Co. Ltd. are the bookrunners.
Fujian Yango is an investment company based in Fuzhou, China.
