Fitch rates EP Infrastructure notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned EP Infrastructure's (BBB-/stable) upcoming €500 million 2.045% notes due October 2028 an expected senior unsecured rating of BBB-.

The rating is aligned with the company’s long-term issuer default rating and the rating on the company's currently outstanding unsecured €750 million and €600 million notes due 2024 and 2026, respectively, reflecting the equal ranking of the notes with other senior unsecured debt, similar financial draft documentations and average recovery prospects.

“We expect the transaction to have a broadly neutral impact on the group's net senior unsecured indebtedness,” the agency said in a news release.
