Aurum to start roadshow on Tuesday for £265 million five-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., April 9 – Aurum Holdings Ltd. plans to start a roadshow on Tuesday for a £265 million offering five-year senior secured notes (mid-single B ratings expected), according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Friday.

Joint bookrunner Goldman Sachs will bill and deliver for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. Barclays, Jefferies and Wells Fargo are also joint bookrunners.

The notes, which will be issued via special purpose vehicle Jewel UK Bondco plc, become callable after two years at par plus 50% of the coupon.

The Leicester, U.K.-based watchmaker plans to use the proceeds to repay a shareholder loan and other debt.
