Moody’s assigns B1 to FE Credit’s notes

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a B-1 foreign currency senior unsecured rating to VPBank Finance Co. Ltd.’s (FE Credit) proposed U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes. FE Credit is a unit of Vietnam Prosperity JSC Bank.

Moody’s affirmed FE Credit’s B-1 long-term corporate family rating.

The outlook is stable.
