Baltic Horizon Fund plans roadshow for €30 million bond placement

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, April 18 – Baltic Horizon Fund’s manager has mandated AB SEB bankas to arrange a series of investor meetings and calls for the planned €30 million private placement of unsecured bonds.

The roadshow will be held in the Baltics and Nordics beginning April 25, according to a company update on Wednesday.

As announced April 5, Northern Horizon Capital AS is the management company for the Baltic Horizon Fund.

Pricing is expected to occur in April and May.

The private placement will be aimed at institutional investors in some European countries with minimum investment of €100,000, according to a previous announcement.

Proceeds will be used mainly for refinancing some of existing bank loans in order to minimize bank loan amortization payments but also for investment activities within the fund.

The management company said it will apply to list the bonds on Nasdaq Tallinn.

Baltic Horizon Fund is a regulated closed-end contractual investment fund registered in Estonia.
