Flatiron CLO 18 may issue additional subordinated notes

Olympia, Wash., May 7 – Flatiron CLO 18 Ltd./Flatiron CLO 18 LLC said it may issue additional notes that are fully subordinated to the existing rated notes and use proceeds to purchase additional collateral obligations.

The issue is subject to approval from the collateral manager, retention holder and a majority of the subordinated notes, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A notes (Cusips: 33883GAA5, G35541AA2), class B notes (Cusips: 33883GAC1, G35541AB0), class C notes (Cusips: 33883GAE7, G35541AC8), class D notes (Cusips: 33883GAG2, G35541AD6) class E notes (Cusips: 33883HAA3, G3554KAA0) and subordinated notes (Cusips: 33883HAC9, G3554KAB8) were notified.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
