Fitch affirms Ontario Solar

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Ontario Solar Holdings LP's C$104.725 million (C$86.08 million outstanding) term loan notes at BBB-.

The outlook is stable.

“The rating reflects Ontario Solar's long-term financial profile, which is anchored by fixed power purchase agreements (PPAs) with a strong counterparty, Ontario's Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO),” Fitch said in a news release.
