Prologis plans €500 million offering of 12-year green notes

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 14 – Prologis International Funding II SA is planning an offering of 12-year green notes (ISIN: XS2589820294), according to a notice.

The notes will be guaranteed by Prologis European Logistics Fund, FCP-FIS.

The offering, expected at €500 million, is being talked in the mid-swaps plus 200 basis points to 205 bps area.

Credit Agricole CIB, Caixa Bank, Deutsche Bank and HSBC are working as bookrunners.

Luxembourg-based Prologis is a wholly owned subsidiary of Prologis European Logistics Fund, an open-ended logistics fund that owns and operates core industrial distribution properties across Europe.
