Moody’s rates Evoca notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 rating to the €550 million senior secured notes to be issued by Evoca SpA and guaranteed by material subsidiaries representing at least 80% of the group's EBITDA.

At the same time the agency affirmed the B2 corporate family rating and the B2-PD probability of default rating.

The outlook is stable.

The B2 ratings are supported by the company's clear market leadership in its key European markets and high profitability, the agency said.
