New York, March 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.04 million of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 26, 2026 linked to the stock performance of Wayfair Inc., Costco Wholesale Corp. and Walmart Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 19.55%, paid monthly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any monthly determination date starting Aug. 21, 2024.
If the worst performing stock ends at or above its 65% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
