New Issue: UBS prices $4.19 million contingent income autocallable securities on NIKE, Walmart

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 4 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $4.19 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Dec. 24, 2026 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Walmart Inc. and NIKE, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 10.5% if the laggard stock closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the corresponding observation date.

The notes will be called at par of $10 plus the contingent coupon if the laggard shares close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly determination date.

If the final share price of the laggard stock is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 65% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the laggard stock’s decline from its initial share price.
